Alright legends, here’s how we get your vape gear from our UK HQ to your doorstep — fast, safe, and with no BS.

📦 Processing Times

We don’t muck around. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order’s on the road.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail tracked 48): £3.95 flat rate – arrives in 2–4 business days*

• Express Shipping (Royal Mail tracked 24 / DPD): £4.95 flat rate – arrives in 1–2 business days*

• Orders over £60 GBP qualify for FREE Standard Shipping

*delivery times are estimated from the time your parcel is dispatched from us, not when you placed your order.

We try to use recycled boxes, bubble wrap and whatever else Sam's review products come so if your package looks a little shit just know your goodies are still safe and your helping save the environment.

📍 Tracking

Every order comes with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your vape stash from dispatch to delivery.

❗ Heads Up

• We can’t ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

• If your package bounces back due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs.

• Delays can happen — we’ll keep you posted if your order hits a snag.
